Color Screens

One color. Your whole screen. Choose a plain background, open it in fullscreen, or create your own shade with a color picker and HEX input.

A fullscreen color or your own shade

Each page opens on its named color. Choose Open fullscreen for a live field and switch between the seven colors without loading another page inside the tool. Hide the controls for a clean surface, then move, tap, or press a key to restore them. Close screen or Escape takes you back. When fullscreen is unavailable, the color fills the browser window.

Every color page includes a custom color picker and HEX input. Enter a three- or six-digit value, such as #FFF or #22C99A, and select Apply color. Your selected shade appears in the preview and fullscreen field. Colors stay in this browser; no account, installation, camera access, or upload is required.

Choose the field for your purpose

White gives you a blank bright background; black gives you an intentional dark field. Red, green, and blue offer primary-color comparisons. Yellow and orange are useful colored backgrounds for presentations, graphics, or casual lighting setups. A single-color page is not a video editor, a computer error screen, or a calibrated light source.

For an isolated point, use the dead pixel test to compare multiple fields. For channel steps, choose the RGB test. For broad patches, choose the uniformity test. Black and white fields do not replace the near-black and near-white steps in the black level and white saturation tests.

Keep brightness and expectations comfortable

Use a comfortable device brightness. Keep static patterns brief, especially on OLED or plasma displays. This page does not prevent or repair burn-in. Stop if the light feels uncomfortable.

These pages specify digital RGB values. Color profiles, display modes, filters, reflections, and the panel affect their appearance. They cannot measure color accuracy or physical light output. Use the monitor test catalog for focused visual checks, or the guided screen test for a short inspection sequence.
